Basic Cakes

  • White - The traditional wedding cake, flavored with a blend of almond and vanilla
  • Chocolate - Made with imported cocoa, most often requested for Groom’s cakes.

Other Cakes

  • Sour Cream Cake - Luscious pound cake made with fresh dairy sour cream, whole eggs and real butter.
  • Butter Rum - Adaptation of Mrs. Quarles’ famous recipe. White pound cake with filling of real butter and rum; icing has addition of filling making it a beautiful off-white color.
  • Italian Creme - Buttermilk pound cake with pecans and coconut. Cream cheese icing recommended. Equally as tasty without pecans and coconut.
  • Liqueur Flavored Cake - Rich yellow pound cake flavored with designated liqueur; Amaretto (almond-apricot), Southern Comfort (peach), Grand Marnier (orange), and Kirsch (cherry).
  • Pecan Praline (Truly Southern) - Brown sugar pound cake with cruncy pecans and a rich caramel icing.
  • Red Velvet - A really red cake flavored with cocoa. Expecially impressive for the holidays. Green velvet also available.
  • Applesauce - Moist dark cake made with applesauce, pecan, and raisins. Cream cheese icing.
  • White Spice - A white pound cake delicately flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Caramel or buttercream icing.
  • Angelfood Cake - Light and delicate and completely fat free when iced with cooked white icing.
  • Bourbon Nut - “A touch of Kentucky” - A rich yellow cake with bourbon adding the Kentucky flavor.
  • Carrot - Spicy cake with carrots, pecans and golden raisins. Cream cheese icing suggested.
  • Lemon Poppyseed - Tart, refreshing lemon flavor, crunchy popyseed with a lemon-flavored buttercream icing.
  • Orange Almond - Rich yellow cake with grated almonds and the flavor of real Florida oranges.

Specialty Cakes

  • Raspberry - White pound cake torted with whole raspberries and Italian buttercream.
  • White Chocolate Mousse Cake - Layers of white pound cake, creamy praline (hazelnut) filling, crunchy meringue and white chocolate mousse, all draped with a satiny rolled fondant. This cake cannot be stacked.
  • Domecake - The ultimate for chocolate lovers. Layers of rich chocolate cake and cheesecake filled with whipped chocolate ganache and covered in a shiny, dark ganache.
  • New York Style Cheesecake - The Original! Made with cream cheese; whipped icing.
